Our Story
Our women’s touch rugby team began in the best possible way – with one mum’s idea.
When Nissa, a Colt parent at OCs, suggested it might be fun to give rugby a go and see if a few women were up for trying it, no one quite expected what would happen next. With support from coach Piers – who agreed to lead sessions if the numbers stacked up – word spread quickly. Within weeks, the WhatsApp group had grown to more than 50 women, and a thriving squad was born.
Today, women’s touch at OCs is a fast-growing, welcoming and energetic part of the club.
